Tiny parts require great care and special handling, to be able to function in a proper way.
Steinle has the experience and knowledge to handle difficult parts and offer customized liquid handling solutions, that are based upon precision, high-quality manufacturing, and control.
Our team prioritizes the reliability of our products, to be able to deliver the highest quality standards for our customers.
All parts are accurately inspected by trained staff with GMP qualifications.
To fit Biomedical requirements, all raw materials have USP Class VI or an equivalent qualification.
We are independently engineering and manufacturing for you!

Calibration
The calibration of dispensing cassettes is done manually, channel-wise, and in conformity with DIN EN ISO 8655.
For every cassette that leaves our laboratories, you will find a detailed calibration report included.
Testing
We are confident about the quality of our work. To convince yourself, you are welcome to test our products and services. Please contact us for starting a test period of two weeks.
Products and services will only be invoiced in case of satisfactory results.
Non-satisfactory products have to be sent back immediately after the test period is finished.
Warranty
All dispensing cassettes come with a 90-day warranty, valid with reception.
Immediate repair or substitution is guaranteed through Steinle Labtechnology after receipt of dysfunctional product(s). The warranty is not valid in case the product has been misused or treated in any unusual or destructive way.
