At Steinle Labtec, we design and manufacture compatible replacement dispensing cassettes for Thermo Fisher Scientific Multidrop Combi & Multidrop 384 systems. Our portfolio includes angled and identical designs as well as large-bore variants — engineered for reliable dosing and long service life.
Choose between plastic and stainless-steel tips depending on chemical resistance and durability requirements. Each cassette is assembled under controlled procedures and can be verified with channel-wise calibration in accordance with DIN EN ISO 8655. If your method is outside standard parameters (cells, higher viscosity, particulates), we can support custom tip geometry, materials, or tubing options.

Refurbishment of used Cassettes (Steinle & Thermo Cassettes)
Don’t discard worn or disused cassettes—refurbishment is a cost-effective and sustainable way to return them to reliable service. We accept cassettes regardless of condition. After inspection, we replace the relevant components and restore performance to defined acceptance criteria.
Our refurbishment includes:
New tubing sets
New tips (plastic or metal, as specified)
Thorough external and internal cleaning
Repair where required
Channel-wise calibration to DIN EN ISO 8655
A measurement protocol documenting the results
- You will receive the cassettes in a condition like new.
Refurbishment extends lifetime, reduces waste and keeps validated methods intact. Send us your cassettes with a brief note on application and instrument platform; we’ll process them and return units ready for immediate use. If we find damage that makes refurbishment uneconomical, we’ll advise on alternatives before proceeding.
