At Steinle Labtec, we design and manufacture high-quality dispense cassettes engineered for BioTek/Agilent MultiFlo FX, MicroFlo and EL406 systems. Our portfolio covers angled, identical and large-bore and many other variants. Each cassette is built for compatibility and longevity, assembled under controlled procedures and verified with channel-wise calibration to DIN EN ISO 8655.


Choose between plastic or stainless-steel tips depending on chemical resistance and durability needs. Angled designs improve performance in cell-based applications, while large-bore variants are optimized for higher viscosities or particulates. All cassettes are shipped with a measurement protocol to document accuracy and precision. If your application falls outside standard parameters, we can tailor tip geometry, materials or tubing to your method. Our goal is consistent dispensing with parts you can rely on every day.

Refurbishment of used Cassettes (for Steinle & BioTek / Agilent Cassettes)

Don’t discard worn or disused cassettes—refurbishment is a cost-effective and sustainable way to return them to reliable service. We accept cassettes regardless of condition. After inspection, we replace the relevant components and restore performance to defined acceptance criteria.

Our refurbishment includes:

  • New tubing sets

  • New tips (plastic or metal, as specified)

  • Thorough external and internal cleaning

  • Repair where required

  • Channel-wise calibration to DIN EN ISO 8655

  • A measurement protocol documenting the results

  • You will receive the cassettes in a condition like new.

Refurbishment extends lifetime, reduces waste and keeps validated methods intact. Send us your cassettes with a brief note on application and instrument platform; we’ll process them and return units ready for immediate use. If we find damage that makes refurbishment uneconomical, we’ll advise on alternatives before proceeding.
